Dashie is a productivity platform designed for executive assistants and their teams. The Service includes task management, Gmail integration, AI-powered task suggestions, shift coordination, and related features.
The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, be added, or removed at any time without notice. We make no guarantees about uptime, data retention, or feature availability during the beta period.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Dashie you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@trydashie.com.

The Service connects to your Gmail account with your explicit permission. We access your emails solely to identify and suggest tasks. We do not store, sell, or share your email content with third parties. You can revoke Gmail access at any time through your Google account settings.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy at trydashie.com. By using the Service you agree to our Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Dashie and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dashie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
