Dashie is a SaaS command center for Executive Assistant teams, operated by Amelia Barrell. Our website is trydashie.com. You can reach us at amelia@trydashie.com.
We collect information you provide during setup (name, work email address, shift times). When you connect Gmail, Slack, or Google Calendar, Dashie reads your messages and calendar events solely to identify tasks on your behalf. We do not store the full content of your emails or messages — only task-relevant summaries extracted by AI. We also collect basic usage data to operate and improve the service.
Your data is used exclusively to operate Dashie — to extract tasks, generate briefings, and coordinate your EA team. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g. Firebase for database storage, Anthropic for AI processing, Netlify for hosting).
Dashie uses Google OAuth to access Gmail and Google Calendar on your behalf. We request read-only access to your Gmail inbox and Google Calendar. This access is used solely to identify tasks and calendar events relevant to your executive support work. Dashie's use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Task data and notes are stored in your workspace until you delete them or delete your workspace. Raw email and Slack snippets used for daily briefings are stored temporarily and capped at 50 items per day. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting amelia@trydashie.com.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, contact us at amelia@trydashie.com. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR.
Dashie uses session tokens stored in your browser's local storage to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use of Dashie after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
